What happens in case of bad weather for an outdoor experience?

The safety of our guests is our top priority. In the event of inclement weather, we will closely monitor the conditions and make a decision based on the safety guidelines. If a trip needs to be rescheduled or canceled due to weather conditions, we will provide alternative options or a refund.

Is gratuity included in the booking price?

Gratuity is not included in the booking price. If you enjoy the experience and wish to show appreciation to the crew and musicians, gratuities are welcomed but entirely at your discretion.
